Open to students in grades 4-12, but is best suited for students in grades 5-8
who can focus, collaborate and take initiative
There is a $250 participation fee that includes
professional training, a show T-shirt and closing cast & crew party
OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW WITHIN CTW

Many children return show after show to learn different aspects of Stage Crew
Others may transition into performance roles or leadership positions like
Student Directing and Stage Crew Management

APPLY
Apply online. Applications accepted through auditions week to accomodate those not cast in the show.

TECH/DRESS/SHOW
Tech rehearsal: Sat or Sun before show week. Dress rehearsals: Tues or Wed before opening night.
Assigned shows are mandatory. Cast & crew party after final curtain.

ATTEND
Attend mandatory crew and parent meeting (approx 3 weeks into rehearsals) to review schedule, answer Q's and be assigned to one of the two casts.

SET-IN
The set moves on stage (2-4 weeks to show). Crew rehearsals are two to four hours a night, 2-3 nights a week (depending on your cast). Schedule is shared at meeting.
